If you messaged a workspace, enquired about a desk, or visited a building
Ask that operator. They control your record and can erase it directly, and they will be faster than we will. Their WhatsApp number or email address is the one you already used.
If you cannot reach them, or they do not respond, email grievance@premisecore.com with the phone number or email address you used and the name of the workspace. We will pass the request to the operator and, where the law requires us to act ourselves, we will act ourselves.
What gets removed. Your contact record, every message we received from you or sent to you, the WhatsApp profile name we were given, any advertisement attribution attached to your enquiry, and any visit you booked.
What may remain. Entries in financial records we are required by law to keep, and system logs that record that an action happened without recording who it was about.
If you have a PremiseCore account of your own
Email grievance@premisecore.com from the address on the account. We will verify it is you, and then delete the account, its workspace, and the data inside it. If your workspace has other members or live contracts, we will tell you what has to be settled first rather than deleting something out from under your colleagues.
If you connected a WhatsApp number and want that undone now
You do not need us. Open Settings, then WhatsApp, and press Disconnect. The stored credential is deleted immediately and the message content received on that number is removed. It takes one click and does not wait on anybody.
Timelines
We acknowledge a request within seven days and complete it within thirty, which is what the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires of us. If a request will take longer, we will tell you why before the thirty days are up rather than after.
