This page explains how PremiseCore subscriptions, Creative Credit top-ups, cancellation, and payment recovery behave for self-serve plans.
Subscriptions
Launch, Growth, and Scale are monthly subscriptions billed through Razorpay. Checkout authorizes a recurring mandate. Renewal continues until the customer cancels from the billing screen or support completes a verified cancellation request.
Cancellation
When possible, cancellation is scheduled at the end of the current billing cycle. Future auto-debits stop, and workspace access continues until the paid period ends. If no active billing cycle exists, cancellation may complete immediately.
Failed Payments
Failed payment attempts move the subscription into a recovery state. PremiseCore keeps the receipt trail visible and may limit paid features if payment is not recovered before the dunning window ends.
Refunds and Credits
Subscription fees and Creative Credit top-ups are generally non-refundable once access, credits, or provider usage has been delivered. Billing mistakes and duplicate charges are reviewed by support.
