Paid self-serve plans are monthly subscriptions. The user authorizing checkout agrees to a recurring payment mandate through the payment provider until renewal is cancelled.

These terms describe the working commercial baseline for PremiseCore access, subscriptions, customer responsibilities, and service boundaries.
Workspace Data
Customers own their workspace, member, lead, creative, and operational records. PremiseCore stores and processes those records to provide the subscribed operating-system features.
Acceptable Use
Operators must use PremiseCore lawfully, respect consent requirements for email, WhatsApp, social media, candidate, and member communication, and keep connected account credentials authorized.
Plan Boundaries
Features, limits, Creative Credits, integrations, and automation access depend on the active plan. Enterprise terms, data residency, SSO, and dedicated-instance commitments require a signed order.
